Our girls are currently playing for their school teams across the county. We wish all of them luck this season. They are a wonderful and talented group of young ladies. Can’t wait to get them all back together.

3-4 Hours before game time

Breads, pasta, sandwiches, juices, fruit, pancakes, waffles, baked
potatoes, vegetables, yogurt, salads with grilled meats, rice, oatmeal,
most grilled meats are good in small quantities; exception ham.

2-3 Hours before game time

Juices, fruit, bread, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, peanut
butter, toast and jellies.


1 Hour before game

Fruit juice watered down, toast and jelly, sports drinks, fresh fruit
candy bar if you must

Water, always good anytime!!!!


Choose baked or broiled over fried and greasy. easy on fried eggs, bacon,
cheese takes too long time to digest for game days. slice or two of pizza
is okay(not meat lovers though). Sherbet is good on game day ice cream is
not.
After the games sodas can be drank, eat a decent meal and get plenty of
fluids.
